Terms & Conditions

• Advanced order of at least 3 working days is required.
• Available for order at COLLIN’S® restaurants island-wide and COLLIN’S® Bedok Food City; or shop online at https://festiveorder.collins.sg/ between 01/11/2025 – 19/12/2025, or while supplies last.
• Self-collection and delivery are available at COLLIN’S® restaurants and COLLIN’S® Bedok Food City between 10am – 12pm, 3pm – 5pm from 01/12/2025 – 02/01/2026. The last available slot for self-collection and delivery will be on 02/01/2026 at 3pm.
• Delivery will be charged at $50 NETT per location.
• No cancellations will be allowed once orders are placed and no refunds will be issued if orders are not collected.
• All prices are NETT, inclusive of prevailing taxes. COLLIN’S® Rewards Membership – points accumulation, redemption and usage of stored value, alongside with other discounts, vouchers and promotions will not be applicable for this festive promotion.
