Terms and Conditions:
- Bonus points will be awarded to members on their first transaction during their birthday month, with a minimum of $30 in a single receipt. Limited to one (1) redemption per member, with a maximum reward of 1,000 points.
- Members who sign up after the first day of their birthday month will receive their birthday privileges in the following birthday month of the next year.
- Receipts must be scanned on the same day of purchase at participating stores via the in-store S3 Rewards terminal. Points will be automatically credited upon successful validation. Receipts submitted through the Concierge Counter, via email or any other channels will not qualify for the promotion.
- Not applicable for credit card top-ups, bill payments, medical receipts, gift cards, or voucher purchases. For installment plans, only one (1) redemption is allowed per total purchase.
- Straits Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd (“SRPMS”) may, at its sole discretion, award eVouchers from
- selected participating stores to members.
- Birthday eVouchers will be automatically credited to members' accounts on the first day of their birthday month.
- Limit to one (1) set of Birthday eVouchers per member per calendar year.
- Birthday eVouchers must be redeemed within one (1) month from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
- Participating store eVouchers are subject to change without prior notice.
- eVouchers are subject to availability; SRPMS reserves the right to substitute unavailable rewards with items of similar nature or value.

- Rewards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. Any unused balance will not be refunded.
- Members with suspended accounts are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
