General Terms & Conditions
- All redemptions are limited to S3 Rewards members and available at participating S3 Rewards stores.
- Spend & Redeem: Excludes FairPrice Finest and Enrichment Centre. Limited to the first 2,260 redemptions. Limited to 1 redemption per member daily.
- New Member Perks: Limited to the first 1,600 new member sign-up only. Promo code to be keyed in upon signing up.
- Strictly no reservation, exchange and/or refund of redemptions/gifts.
- Vouchers and gifts are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash. Each redemption tier is limited to one (1) redemption per shopper, daily. All redemptions are on a first-come, first-served, while stocks last basis.
- Once a receipt has been used to redeem a gift/eVoucher, it cannot be reused for other gift/eVoucher redemptions. Receipts may still be used to redeem activity passes, subject to eligibility.
- eVouchers issued during the promotion period are valid for use at The Woodleigh Mall participating retailers only.
- S3 Rewards members are required to present their member QR code at the point of purchase and ensure purchase transactions have been captured in their member account to qualify. A minimum spend of $20 per receipt is required to qualify for points redemption. Only Nett amount reflected on same-day receipts will be accepted for redemption.
- Redemption of vouchers/gifts must be made in person on the same day of purchase during stated promotion periods at Level 2 Information Counter, unless otherwise stated. Redemption cannot be done on behalf of third party.
- Original same-day receipt(s) must be presented at point of redemption. All original receipt(s) dated after 9.40pm will be eligible for redemption(s) the following day. Subject to availability. No further extension shall be given thereafter.
- Redemptions are open to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents and foreigners except for staff from The Woodleigh Mall’s outlets.
- For any spend or purchase(s) made on installment plan, only one redemption is allowed on the same-day based on the total purchase amount.

RECEIPTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REDEMPTION:
- Non-participating S3 Rewards Stores (Medical/Dental Clinics), unless otherwise stated.
- Credit card/NETS charge slip, handwritten, duplicate or re-print receipt(s).
- Receipts for bill payments, purchase deposits, purchase of postage stamps, parking coupons, mobile pre-paid cards, Cash Cards and vouchers, receipts for product trade-in with zero top-up value, duplicate store receipts, credit/debit card slips, receipt(s) from purchase of mall/store vouchers, postage stamps, parking coupons, phone cards and pop-up sales stores, pushcarts, atrium sales, roadshows, money changer, bill payment(s) via automated machine or any outlet, topping of cash card/debit card/prepaid store value cards, paid with tenants’ reward points and/or rebates, cash vouchers purchased from external organisations and handwritten receipts.
- With effect from 6 March 2024, purchases made using vouchers or eVouchers will not be eligible for points earning or redemption. Examples of vouchers/eVouchers include, but are not limited to, CPM vouchers/eVouchers, eCapitaVouchers, tenant-issued in-store vouchers/eVouchers, CDC Vouchers, and SG60 Vouchers (or similar).

- The organizer reserves the right to end it prematurely and the right to turn away any customer/shopper, without any reason given.
