Redemption Details:

  • Receive one (1) sticker upon meeting the minimum qualifying spend in a single same-day receipt from a participating outlet:
  • Confectionery, Specialties & Snacks: minimum spend of $10.
  • Cafés & Restaurants: minimum spend of $30.
  • Only receipts from participating outlets are eligible.
  • A maximum of one (1) sticker per receipt will be issued, regardless of the total amount spent.


Dining Reward Trail Card issuance and use

  • The Dining Reward Trail Card will only be issued upon presentation of the member’s first eligible receipt.
  • Only one (1) active Dining Reward Trail Card may be issued per member throughout the promotion period.
  • The member’s S3 Rewards membership number will be recorded on the card.
  • In the event that the card is lost, damaged or misplaced, no replacement card will be issued and the member will be required to start a new card.
  • No transfer, exchange, combination or merging of stickers/cards is permitted.


Sticker redemption process

  • Once all required stickers have been collected, the member must present the completed Dining Reward Trail Card in person at the Level 2 Information Counter to redeem 2,000 S3 Rewards Points.
  • Sticker redemption must be made in person at the Level 2 Information Counter on the same calendar day as the purchase.
  • The member must present the original same-day receipt together with their Dining Reward Trail Card (except when collecting the first sticker and card).
  • Sticker(s) will not be issued if the Dining Reward Trail Card is not presented, even if the qualifying spend has been met.
  • Receipts issued after 9.40pm may be redeemed on the immediate next operating day only, subject to availability.
  • Redeemed receipts will be marked, stamped or otherwise cancelled and cannot be used again for this promotion.


Redemption of 2,000 S3 Rewards Points

  • Once all required stickers have been collected, the member must present the completed Dining Reward Trail Card in person at the Level 2 Information Counter to redeem 2,000 S3 Rewards Points.
  • The completed Dining Reward Trail Card must be surrendered and retained by the Organiser upon successful redemption.
  • The reward is limited to the first 800 successful redemptions and is capped at one (1) redemption per member throughout the promotion period.
  • Redemption is subject to verification and availability.


Other Terms & Conditions

  • Split transactions intended to qualify for multiple stickers are not permitted.
  • Combined receipts are not permitted.
  • Refunded, voided, cancelled or reversed transactions are not eligible.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to deduct or revoke rewards if a qualifying transaction is subsequently refunded, voided, cancelled or reversed.
  • RECEIPTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REDEMPTION:
  • Non-participating S3 Rewards Stores (Medical/Dental Clinics), unless otherwise stated. Credit card/NETS charge slip, handwritten, duplicate or re-print receipt(s).
  • Receipts for bill payments, purchase deposits, purchase of postage stamps, parking coupons, mobile pre-paid cards, Cash Cards and vouchers, receipts for product trade-in with zero top-up value, duplicate store receipts, credit/debit card slips, receipt(s) from purchase of mall/store vouchers (e.g. P$, Starbucks Card, Toast Box Beverage Package), postage stamps, parking coupons, phone cards and pop-up sales stores, pushcarts, atrium sales, roadshows, money changer, bill payment(s) via automated machine or any outlet, topping of cash card/debit card/prepaid store value cards, paid with tenants’ reward points and/or rebates, cash vouchers purchased from external organisations and handwritten receipts.
  • With effect from 6 March 2024, purchases made using vouchers or eVouchers will not be eligible for points earning or redemption. Examples of vouchers/eVouchers include, but are not limited to, CPM vouchers/eVouchers, eCapitaVouchers, tenant-issued in-store vouchers/eVouchers, CDC Vouchers, and SG60 Vouchers (or similar).

The organizer reserves the right to end it prematurely and the right to turn away any customer/shopper, without any reason given.
